Ryan + Lauren, a wedding at Foxhall Resort

I have known Ryan since he was 13 years old.  He played baseball with my son and we spent many summer days at the ball field with him and his family.  I saw through social media that he had gotten engaged and was thinking how I would love to shoot his wedding.  When he messaged me to ask if I was available, I was both excited and honored that after so many years, he would choose me to be a part of his special day.

I met Ryan and Lauren on the hottest day of the Summer to shoot their engagement session at the same beautiful venue as their wedding, Foxhall Resort.  It is one of the prettiest venues I have ever had the privilege of shooting at.  I instantly liked Lauren with her beautiful smile and friendly manner.  I felt in a second that I had known her as long as I have known Ryan.

Fast forward a year to the wedding day.  Foxhall Resort once again did not disappoint, it was gorgeous.  Lauren and her bridesmaids had a beautiful area to get ready in as did Ryan and his groomsmen. There were so many perfect spots for all the preceremony shots all in one place.  The ceremony site was so beautifully decorated and had big windows with a lot of natural light shining through.  Take a look at the photos to see how breathtaking Ryan and Lauren's big day really was.
